These Roto-Clean single stage parts cleaning machines have been developed to provide fast and efficient cleaning of parts using water based detergents at elevated medium temperature. The working principle is based on a load basket which rotated by an AC geared motor at constant speed regardless of the load.

During the rotation, the solution from the tank is pumped with the help of centrifugal pump to wash chamber pipes and nozzles thru inline filter onto the components to attain higher degree of cleaning results. The load basket is removable type to allow ease in load and unload of parts or batch of parts.

The entire tank, body, body cover and spray circuitry is made of robust stainless steel for all wetted surfaces. This eliminates the corrosion and limited life expectancy problems associated with conventional carbon steel spray cabinet washers.

The machine is equipped with long life, low maintenance electric coil heaters for quick heat up, the tank is insulated with MS cladding to reduce heat losses and power. A thermostat is provided to control the temperatures thru control panel mounted Temperature Indicator cum Controller.

The machine is provided with canopy hinged and provided with pneumatic cylinder for automatic opening & closing of same and equipped with a safety interlock and cutout of the pump in open condition.

The spray system consists of centrifugal pump and three spray headers mounted with flat jet nozzles. A separate air blow circuit is provided with three headers and mounted with air jet nozzles. Exhaust Ducting is supplied along with machine to take out the water vapors outside the machine.

An exclusively designed control panel containing all standard electric equipment and micro PLC with necessary interlocks is mounted on the side of the machine with tower lamp for indicating machine status. Separate operator push button box is provided on the front of the machine.

These plug and play type Roto-Clean washers are used for effective removal of metallic dust, oil, grease and coolant traces etc. from the parts in job shops, general engineering and maintenance processes, which are to be readied for assembly or in between operations. These machines are available in different configuration and rotary basket size of 250mm, 600mm, 800mm, 1000mm and 1200mm dia. depending on component; its size, productivity, cleanliness level and features required. Theses washers can be equipped with a range of optional accessories or customization for enhanced productivity.
