Roto-Cabinet washers is ruggedly built cabinet type spray washing machine with rotary or fixed table with independent component rotation and designed for medium to large size and batch cleaning process, while retaining the cost-effectiveness of the equipment.

The working principle is based on the rotary table platform in which the parts are loaded and are allowed to pass through spray covering all surfaces during rotation.The rotary platform in case of use of rotary basket or fixture for independent components in case of specific component are driven by geared motor positioned on the lower side of the machine with torque limiter.

The front loading washers are equipped with front door for complete closed operation and the door is driven pneumatically and interlocked for fault, electricity, failure of compressed air and cuts the pump operation.

Roto-Cabinet washers are equipped with electric heaters encased in stainless steel pipe for ease in maintainability, the bath temperature is controlled by TIC on the control panel showing the set point and the actual temperature; The wash chamber is insulated to reduce heath loss.

The spray system comprises of high pressure centrifugal pump and spray headers with flat jet nozzles with specific flow.

A specially designed Programmable control panel with human machine interface (HMI) containing all standard electric equipments and micro PLC with necessary interlock are mounted on the side of the machine with tower lamp for indicating machine status. Separate operator push button box with two hands control for safety is provided on the front of the machine.

These Roto-cabinet type washers are available with independent fixture rotation for parts mounted on trolley and in different turntable sizes ranging from 800, 1000, 1200 & 1500 mm dia. and have loading heights to meet the requirement of your process. Roto-Cabinet can be customized and is available in single chamber, common point load /unload with single tank to suit your specific application requirements.
