Roto-Cabinet WR washers are ruggedly built single chamber cabinet type spray washing machine with rotary table and designed for wash-rinse operations medium to large size and batch cleaning process where high level of cleanliness is required.

The working principle is based on the rotary table platform in which the parts are loaded and are allowed to pass through spray covering all surfaces during rotation. Ths is similar to the Roto-Cabinet working principle.

The constructional features are similar to the Roto-Cabinet type washers but for the twin tank system with independent spray circuit.

To avoid intermixing of solutions air assisted drain valve are provided and programmed with dwell time and as per the cycle time requirement.

The process would be as given,
Washing with basket rotation - For degreasing of the parts with alkaline detergents.
Dwell time - Time set to allow the solution to drain back to the same tank.
Rinsing with basket rotation - For rinsing of the parts and for removal of degreasing traces off the parts.
Dwell time - Pre-set time to allow the water to drain back to its respective tank.
Hot air Blow - Using regenerative type blower with air knife drying system in a closed loop.

After the drying cycle, ambient air can be blown on the parts to reduce the temperature of parts for better handling. After air blow is over, the front door gets opened and the component trolley is pushed outside the chamber to the load / unloads station from where the operator unloads the component and the fresh parts/ batch is loaded for washing.

A specially designed Programmable control panel with human machine interface (HMI) containing all standard electric equipments and micro PLC with necessary interlock are mounted on the side of the machine with tower lamp for indicating machine status. Separate operator push button box with two hands control for safety is provided on the front of the machine.

These Roto-cabinet WR type washers are available with independent fixture rotation for parts mounted on trolley and in different rotary basket sizes ranging from 800, 1000, 1200 & 1500 mm dia. Roto-Cabinet can be accessorized depending on your requirement with magnetic chip separator, compact band filter, Oil Coalescers and mist separators to suit your specific application requirements..

These washers are most suitable for medium to large sized components and for batch type production in engineering, automotive industries.
