These are high performance in-line conveyor washers for continuous cleaning of parts and used for higher throughout. Conveyorised washers are packaged in single and multi-stage process with single parts or parts in batches.

The working principle is based on a linear movement of parts through the process; parts are conveyed through the different stages of the process at controlled and changeable speed. Parts can be moved in continuous or indexed for precision cleaning of holes and recesses.

The system is provided with liquid tanks, chamber, pneumatically operated doors, or continuous chain conveyor, transfer pump, spray pumps, mist separators, liquid heating system, liquid filtration system and oil removal system.These washers can be provided with drying systems using air knife with low compressed air consumption or regenerative blowers at an elevated temperatures for water dry off effect.

Dedicated pneumatically operated reciprocating pressurized spray manifolds with wrapping effect for precision cleaning to attain cleanliness values and to suit parts and the process requirement.

Conveyors are designed in various configurations with steel belt, chain and rod type, with attachments for fixturing of parts or to carry baskets and with necessary parts holding fixtures.

These washers are equipped with PLC based control panel with HMI for display and setting parameters and with necessary safeties and interlocks incorporated for smooth functioning of the system. Variable frequency drive with Brake is provided for indexing type process. A low liquid level controller with audio and video alarm is also provided and the same is interlocked with the pump cut out operation.

These washers are suitable for manufacturing, automobile and aeronautical industries with quick cycle time per component.
